SummaryDLA Piper is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup. This position is open to our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington offices.

Experience

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes.

Experience with M&A transaction documentation and damages calculations

Perform all other duties, tasks or projects as assigned.

Physical Demands Sedentary work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Hybrid - Regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home
