Location:
North York – Remote

Salary:
Up to $75K

Key Responsibilities

• File management from intake to trial
• Preparing correspondence, requesting medical, employment and other records
• Preparing motion records, settlement and medical briefs
• Scheduling examinations for discovery, medical legal, mediations,hearings and court appointments
• Preparing Affidavit of Documents, document production and undertakings
• Trial and Hearing preparation
• Maintaining and updating calendars

Qualifications

• 5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
• Law Clerk Diploma
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work overtime, as needed.
