This role offers an opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take ownership of key legal activities within a growing, technology-driven organization. You will help ensure that business operations remain compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. The position combines legal management, strategic advisory work, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide practical guidance to leadership while helping the organization navigate corporate and operational legal matters.

Accountabilities   Manage and coordinate day-to-day legal activities, ensuring that legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Provide strategic and practical legal advice to leadership and relevant stakeholders on corporate and operational matters.
Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments and assess their potential impact on business activities.
Support the organization in maintaining compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
Review, draft, and advise on contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documentation as required.
Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to protect the organization’s interests.
Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals when specialized advice or additional legal support is required.
Help establish and maintain effective legal processes, documentation, and governance practices.
Provide clear, commercially minded recommendations that enable the organization to make informed business decisions.
Requirements   Proven experience as a legal professional, Legal Manager, Corporate Counsel, or in a comparable legal leadership role.
Strong background in corporate law and experience advising organizations on a range of business-related legal matters.
Solid understanding of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
Experience reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, policies, and other corporate legal documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple legal matters and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive legal and business matters.
Ability to work independently and effectively as a freelance professional in a flexible, remote environment.
Relevant legal qualifications and authorization to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
