Employment Solicitor / Senior Associate 3-8 PQE | Top Firm | Very Competitive Salary | Hybrid | Full & Part-Time Considered This is one of those Employment opportunities that is well worth a conversation. I'm working with a highly regarded law firm with an excellent reputation for the quality of its Employment work and client base, which is looking to add an experienced Employment Solicitor to its team.

The firm is ideally looking for someone around 5-8 PQE, but is also very open to seeing strong candidates at 3-4 PQE who are ready to take the next step. Part-time applicants are also very welcome. And in a market where good Employment lawyers are in high demand, the firm understands what it takes to attract the right person - the salary is very competitive and will reflect the experience and quality of the individual.

The role You'll work on a broad range of interesting Employment matters for sophisticated clients, with a mixture of advisory and contentious work. This is likely to include:
Employment Tribunal litigation and other contentious matters. Complex employee relations advice. Restructures, redundancies and business change. TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions. Employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements. Senior executive and sensitive employment matters. Advising clients on day-to-day and strategic employment issues. Working alongside colleagues on larger and multi-disciplinary matters. You'll have plenty of opportunity to deal directly with clients, take ownership of your work and build strong long-term relationships.

For the right person, there is also scope to develop your own profile, get involved in business development and play an important role in the continued growth of the team. About you You'll ideally have strong Employment experience gained within a reputable practice and experience across both contentious and non-contentious work. We're looking for someone who is:
Technically strong and commercially minded. Confident dealing directly with clients. Comfortable taking responsibility for their own matters. A strong communicator and drafter. Interested in developing client relationships. Collaborative and keen to contribute to the wider team. Interested in supporting and developing more junior lawyers. The number of years PQE isn't everything. If you're around 3-4 PQE and have the right experience and ambition, we'd absolutely like to hear from you.
