We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Locum to join a well-established and busy legal team on a fully remote basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment specialist looking for a long‑term locum assignment with a high volume and varied caseload.
The Role- High-volume Employment Tribunal claims
- Respondent employment law matters
- Insurance‑backed employment litigation
- Negotiating settlements and supporting tribunal proceedings
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Employment Locum
- Have strong respondent employment law experience
- Be confident managing a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Have experience handling Employment Tribunal claims
- Ideally have previous exposure to insurance‑backed employment work
- Be available to commence at short notice
- Fully remote working
- Immediate start available
- Long‑term assignment of 6-9 months
- Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
- Opportunity to work with a supportive and established team
