• Support Insurance Defense Litigation:Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research:Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts:Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
