Serve as primary legal counsel supporting Insmed's marketed respiratory product, providing strategic legal advice on promotional and scientific activities.
Responsibilities- review and advise on all brand-related materials for compliance with FDA, FTC, and industry regulations
- act as a strategic partner to the brand team
- manage contract reviews
- monitor legal and regulatory risks
- coordinate with cross-functional teams including medical, commercial, and compliance
- and oversee outside counsel as needed
JD from an accredited law school, valid license in New Jersey or eligibility for limited in-house license, and at least 5+ years of in-house legal experience in the life sciences sector.
Preferredexperience in promotional review, risk management, FDA and FTC regulations, and in public or biotech company settings.
High-Valuesupport for a marketed respiratory product, regulatory compliance focus, remote work with occasional domestic travel (10-20%).
Collaborates closely with cross-functional leaders to mitigate legal risks while enabling brand strategies.
