- Draft and negotiate agreements for quantum system sales, cloud access, and partner deals.
- Partner with IP team on R&D collaborations, joint development, and licensing.
- Serve as lead counsel on federal contracts with AFRL, DARPA, DOE, and national labs.
- Advise on FAR/DFARS, negotiate subcontracts, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity rules.
- Create and refine contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
- Train sales, BD, and procurement teams on contracting and government compliance.
