Estate Planning Paralegal

Our Firm is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Independent Contract Paralegal to assist with drafting comprehensive estate planning packages. We are a fast-paced firm looking for a "plug-and-play" professional who can hit the ground running with minimal training on software or California-specific estate planning logic.

• Draft complete estate planning packages (Revocable Living Trusts, Pour-Over Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, and HIPAA Authorizations).
• Utilize Wealth Docx (Wealth Counsel / LEAP) to generate high-quality, customized legal documents.
• Review client intake data.
• Prepare trust funding documents, including Grant Deeds and PCORs for California real property.
• Maintain strict deadlines and ensure all drafts meet the firm's quality standards.

• Wealth Docx Proficiency: Must have experience drafting within the Wealth Docx platform.
• Independent Professional: As an independent contractor, you must have your own remote office setup, including reliable high-speed internet.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently with high accountability.

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour

• Explain your level of familiarity with the Wealth Counsel / LEAP drafting system.
• Explain your experience drafting estate planning (Willl & Trust) documents.
