Senior Director, Counsel – Litigation, Legal Policy and Strategy; Remote

Focus: litigation, policy engagement, and advocacy to support pharmaceutical innovation and access.

• develop and advise on legal strategies addressing laws and regulations impacting drug pricing, reimbursement, and industry trends
• manage litigation, investigations, and disputes
• lead outside counsel and coordinate with internal teams
• engage with government and external stakeholders
• monitor policy developments

• J.D. and active law license
• minimum 8 years of experience managing complex litigation, including trial and appellate work, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• proven success in legal strategy development and policy engagement
• clerkship on a federal court of appeals preferred

• experience with healthcare law, regulatory challenges, government investigations, and advocacy in the pharma sector
• familiarity with complex litigation, including constitutional, statutory, and APA claims
• adept at mastering dense legal and policy issues, with strong communication skills
