Murchison & Cumming is looking for a Professional Liability Attorney to join a practice representing architects, engineers, real estate professionals, insurance agents and brokers, accountants and other professionals in malpractice matters.
The work is substantive and varied. You will have the opportunity to manage cases, develop strategy, work directly with clients and build deeper expertise in an area where the facts, professions and legal issues are rarely routine.

- In-person attendance as needed for litigation, client and case responsibilities.
- Direct exposure to clients and sophisticated professional liability matters.

- 4+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and courtroom skills
- Must reside in California
$145,000 - $225,000
