We are seeking an attorney licensed in Illinois with at least one year of civil litigation experience and either demonstrated experience in or a strong interest in commercial litigation -- and expansion into other areas of practice, in firm additionally oriented toward probate (including guardianship) and family law. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs;

developing case strategies; managing discovery, including depositions and written discovery; and preparing client reports.

This can be a hybrid, or in-office position at the attorney's option, with regular court appearances in DuPage, Cook, and surrounding counties.

• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Experience in at least one additional area (family law, civil litigation, probate/guardianship or criminal defense) is a plus
• Licensed in Illinois
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• $100,000 - $150,000 base salary
