Your role involves overseeing commercial and IP agreements, managing complex litigation, and advising on regulatory matters for an AI-powered platform. This position requires a deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, ensuring you deliver clear and strategic legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Manage IP litigation and collaborate with external counsel
• Guide on compliance for AI and automated features
• Provide IP strategy and support R&D teams
• Monitor patent law changes affecting the company
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission
• 6+ years of legal experience in tech
• Strong knowledge of ad tech and emerging channels
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage complex projects under pressure
