Salary: $300,000 - $500,000 per year

Mid-sized, highly diversified law firm located in Midtown Manhattan is growing their Real Estate group! They are needing an attorney that has 10+ years of Commercial Real Estate Transactional experience. Having a background with purchase and sales agreements, financings, joint ventures and leasing is the background they are looking for! A book of business is required for this opportunity.

• 401(k) with $2,000 match plus employee profit sharing;
• All standard benefits offered;
• 4 days in office standard, 3 days in summer, fully remote during major holiday weeks;
• no formal billable requirement;

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in New York
• 10 + years of Transactional Real estate experience
• Strong background with purchase and sales, financings, joint ventures and leasing
• Book of business of $350,000 +
