We’re working with a well-renowned, award-winning law firm seeking a proactive and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm offering excellent benefits and hybrid working.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage lenders.

Conducting property searches and preparing contracts and legal documentation.

Assisting with completions, mortgage redemptions and Land Registry transactions.

Maintaining accurate case files and managing general administration.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in residential conveyancing or legal administration.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
