An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a market-leading residential conveyancing firm in a fully remote conveyancing role
.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking for a genuine work from home conveyancing job
, offering a manageable caseload, excellent administrative support and access to some of the most advanced conveyancing technology available.
The successful candidate will join an established team of five conveyancers and three dedicated conveyancing assistants, taking responsibility for a varied and complex residential property caseload.
You will handle approximately 70 files at any one time
, with a deliberate focus on quality and complexity rather than simply maximising file numbers.
Your caseload will include:

- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Complex residential conveyancing matters
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Providing high-quality client service throughout the conveyancing process
- Managing your own caseload effectively and working to deadlines
- Working closely with your dedicated conveyancing assistant
One of the key advantages of this role is the level of support provided to fee earners.
You will have almost one-to-one administrative support
, allowing you to concentrate on the legal and client-facing aspects of your role rather than being burdened with unnecessary administration.
The firm is recognised as a market leader in residential conveyancing and has invested heavily in cutting-edge conveyancing technology
, including:
- Redbrick
- Orbital Witness
- Searches by Econ
- Smooth Move
- Bespoke technology and automated systems
The firm is also the only firm in England and Wales to have developed its own platform for automated conveyancing processes
, giving its fee earners access to technology designed specifically to improve efficiency and client service.
Importantly,
fee earners are not expected to complete post-completion work or undertake file-opening administration
, allowing you to focus on managing your caseload and providing an excellent service to clients.
You will have around 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing and be confident handling complex transactions with minimal supervision.
You may be a:
- Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
- Licensed Conveyancer
- Conveyancing Legal Executive
- Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
You will have strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions, excellent attention to detail and the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, highly organised and comfortable working remotely while maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.
Why Apply? This is a particularly attractive opportunity for experienced conveyancers looking for a fully remote conveyancing job without the traditional pressures associated with high-volume conveyancing.
You will benefit from:
- Fully remote working
- Approximately 70 files at any one time

- Almost one-to-one administrative support
- No post-completion responsibility for fee earners
