Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're working with a small, highly regarded litigation boutique in San Francisco that's hiring a junior litigation associate. If you're at a large firm and want top-tier work with far more responsibility and partner contact, continue reading...
The firm handles sophisticated commercial litigation for technology clients, often on matters at the cutting edge of law and tech. Because the team is small, associates work directly with every partner from day one. You'll have real ownership of your cases instead of being one of many names on the pleadings.
What we're looking for- 1–3 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably at a Big Law firm
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
- Curious, sharp, and comfortable holding your own in a lively discussion with partners and clients
- Big Law salary scale: $235K (1st year), $245K (2nd year), $270K (3rd year)
- No formal billable hour minimum. This is Big Law-caliber work and the hours reflect it, but you won't be chasing a number.
- Office-based, with work-from-home Fridays for associates (deadlines permitting)
- Direct mentorship from senior partners and early responsibility on high-profile matters
