• Supporting residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and mortgage lenders.
• Conducting property searches and preparing contracts and legal documentation.
• Assisting with completions, mortgage redemptions and Land Registry transactions.
• Maintaining accurate case files and managing general administration.

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing or legal administration.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
• A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
