Junior Legal Officer

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Junior Legal Officer to join their legal department, operating remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or an individual with 1-2 years of legal experience to develop their skills in a supportive environment. You will assist senior legal staff with various legal tasks, including research, contract review, and compliance monitoring.

The successful candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong analytical abilities, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and ethical practice, contributing to the efficient operation of the legal function and gaining valuable hands-on experience in corporate law.

• Assist in the review and drafting of standard commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research on various legal topics and prepare summaries.

• Help maintain legal documentation and manage the legal department's filing system.
• Assist with due diligence processes for potential business transactions.

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 0-2 years of experience in a legal environment (internship experience is considered).
