An early stage, technology led immigration business helping talented professionals secure US visas and green cards.
The roleYou will manage a caseload of employment based immigration matters, with a focus on O1 and EB1A petitions, and work directly with clients through the process. This is a role with real ownership, suited to someone who enjoys a fast paced, early stage setting. You may come from a case manager, paralegal or global mobility background. We will want to know how many O1 and EB1 cases you have handled and the size of your current caseload.
Whatyou will need
- 3 to 7 years of employment based immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of O1 and EB1A cases
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Based in the US
- $105K to $150K
- Early stage equity
- Fully remote working
- Real ownership of your work
