A growing Orlando law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team in a direct hire, full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong litigation experience who is ready to manage meaningful liability matters, work closely with clients, and contribute to case strategy from investigation through trial.

Key Responsibilities- Manage litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution, settlement, or trial.
- Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and support discovery strategy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, reports, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and argue hearings while supporting overall case strategy.
- Investigate and defend liability claims, including product liability and production defect matters.
- Communicate regularly with clients and collaborate with attorneys, staff, and case teams.
- Salary range: $110,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

- Manage litigation matters involving liability claims from investigation through trial preparation.
- Take and defend depositions and prepare for hearings.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and client reports.
- Develop case strategy while working independently and collaboratively with the legal team.
- 4 to 10+ years of litigation experience.
- Experience with product liability, production defects, or other liability litigation matters.
- Experience taking and defending depositions.
- Experience preparing for and arguing hearings.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and liability defense.
- Excellent legal research, writing, analysis, and drafting skills.
- Strong client communication and reporting skills.
- Highly motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Trial experience.
- Strong academic background.
- Graduation from a highly ranked law school.
- Graduation in the top 10% of law school class.
- Experience working on complex product liability, production defect, or high-exposure liability matters.
