A California family law firm that works fully remote and is built around supporting its partners, with administration and marketing handled centrally.
The roleYou will run your own family law caseload for clients across California, including high net worth matters where you have that experience. Because the firm takes care of admin and marketing, your time goes on client work and building your practice. There is a clear route to equity. As part of the process you will be asked for three writing samples, and we will want to know whether you hold family law specialist certification.
Whatyou will need
- Admitted to the California bar and currently practicing California family law
- 10 or more years of experience
- A book of around $500K a year
- A team player who works well with colleagues
- $300K base with on target earnings of $430K or more
- Fully remote working within California
- Admin and marketing handled for you
- A clear path to equity
