An established New York law firm with a lender side real estate finance practice, regularly working opposite large national firms.
The roleYou will represent lenders on commercial real estate finance deals, running transactions yourself from term sheet to closing. Much of the work involves private lenders. The work is sophisticated and the firm is comfortable letting senior attorneys own their deals. Please have a deal sheet ready to share. Origination credit is paid on new business you bring in.
What you will need- 8 to 15 years of lender side commercial real estate finance
- Able to run deals on your own from start to finish
- Admitted to the New York bar, or able to waive in
- A deal sheet showing your recent transactions
- $300K to $500K plus bonus
- Origination credit on new business
- Flexible or remote working
- Sophisticated deals against large national firms
