A well-established Workers' Compensation Defense firm is seeking an Associate who possesses a valid California law license with a minimum of 5 years of Workers' Compensation experience

• Represent clients at various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) locations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on plans of action and case-handling recommendations.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Current member of the California State Bar with no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
