Our client is seeking a strategic and seasoned leader to fill the critical role of Chief Legal Officer (CLO) , operating entirely remotely. This executive position is responsible for overseeing all legal affairs and compliance functions of the company, providing high-level counsel to the board of directors and senior management. You will lead the legal strategy, manage legal risk, ensure robust corporate governance, and champion ethical practices across the organization.

- Admitted Attorney with 15+ years of progressive legal experience, with significant experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in corporate law, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and litigation management.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues effectively in a remote-first environment.
