Remote Corporate Paralegal

Our client is looking for a highly organized and diligent Remote Corporate Paralegal to join their legal department. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in South Africa. You will provide essential support to attorneys by managing corporate records, assisting with contract administration, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements. This role is vital for maintaining the legal integrity and operational efficiency of the company's corporate structure, especially within a distributed team setting.

• Maintain corporate records, including minute books, share registers, and statutory filings.
• Assist in the drafting and review of corporate agreements and resolutions.
• Support attorneys in preparing documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant corporate laws and regulations.
• Coordinate communication between legal, finance, and other departments.
• Manage and organize legal documentation and databases effectively.

• Relevant paralegal qualification or equivalent experience in a corporate legal setting.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Paralegal or similar role.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and South African company law.
