• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in legal practice, legal research, or a related analytical role.
• Professional depth in contract law, regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and case law analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous approach to legal review and fact-checking.
