We’re looking for a skilled Remote Legal Assistant —located anywhere in British Columbia—to support our mission of making family law smarter, kinder, and stronger. What You’ll Do Draft, proofread, and revise pleadings and legal documents
Prepare and coordinate for hearings and trials, including scheduling and file management
Work directly with lawyers on all aspects of file management
Manage client files from start to finish
Provide proactive day‑to‑day support in a fast‑paced remote environment
What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program (required)
Minimum of 3 year of legal assistant experience (family law experience is a strong asset)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using cloud‑based systems
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution‑oriented
A positive attitude and great personality—we value people who enhance our firm culture
