You’ll begin as a Senior Family Law Attorney — and if you demonstrate excellence, strong leadership, high personal productivity, and alignment with our culture and core values, you’ll advance to the Managing Attorney role, leading our legal team and shaping the future of Hecht Family Law.

Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000+ including performance and leadership bonuses

In the Managing Family Law Attorney Role

You’ll oversee complex divorce and custody matters, lead your team of attorneys and paralegals, and collaborate directly with the Managing Partner on firm operations and growth. This is a true leadership-track role for an attorney who wants to build, lead, and leave a legacy in family law.
Handle and oversee complex family law cases from intake through resolution.
Mentor and support the other attorneys on your team.
Partner with firm leadership to drive team growth, performance, and excellence.
Minimum of 5 years of current, active Georgia family law experience (divorce, custody, support, modifications, contempt).
Experience in a Managing Attorney role, having led a team of at least 4 attorneys
High professional integrity, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented mindset.
