About the FirmWe are partnering with an elite Texas-based firm known for its work in construction defect and complex litigation. The practice also handles premises liability, wrongful death, commercial litigation, and other high-stakes matters for established corporate and insurance clients.
Responsibilities- Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
- Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.
- Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
- Experience working in Construction defect (primary focus) or premises liability or construction litigation or wrongful death or environmental/toxic tort or property damage or professional liability matters.
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
