Spiko is seeking a Product Legal Counsel to own the legal and regulatory work behind Spiko Embedded partnerships. You will draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements, structure each deal for regulatory compliance, and partner with Product and Engineering to speed integrations while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
You will collaborate with the Compliance team and regulators (EU/UK) to align products with MiFID/MiFIR, PSD2/EMD2, MiCA and DORA.
