• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs across the organization.

• Provide legal guidance on data privacy, anti-bribery, sanctions, and other regulatory matters.
• Train employees on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a strong culture of ethical conduct.

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a significant portion dedicated to compliance and regulatory law
