Bilingual Immigration Associate — Remote Federal Litigation

De Wit Immigration Law seeks an associate to own a varied caseload from initial consultation through completion, handling visas such as O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, EB-5 and PERM. You will draft briefs, support letters, and responses, and collaborate with a non-hierarchical team.
