  • Helping to draft legal documents such as 'without prejudice' letters, schedules of loss, and employment tribunal claim forms, using AI and legal tech
  • Communicating with clients and/or respondents under supervision
  • Using AI and internal legal tech to manage workflows
  • Efficiently participating in regular remote team meetings and legal training
  • Undertaking some legal admin work
  • Supporting UK solicitors with legal research, correspondence and negotiations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a lawyer, dealing with contentious work
  • Legal drafting & legal research experience
  • Passionate about access to justice and employee rights
  • Experience in project work and an understanding of project processes
  • Self-employed status and ability to work full-time remotely, with excellent self organisation
  • Demonstrable tech-savviness, including use of AI tools, to improve efficiency
  • Excellent written English, spoken English and professional communication skills
  • Positive, diligent and reliable team player
  • A reliable, proactive and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Case handling strategy & case work experience are preferred, but not necessary

Pay and Structure

  • Full-time self-employed position

  • 100% remote working, with remote onboarding and training provided
  • Supportive and inclusive team culture, with regular virtual collaboration
