Family Solicitor An established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join its thriving team, handling a varied caseload of privately funded family matters. The role would suit a solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE who is confident managing their own files and wants to develop their experience within an established practice.

The Role Manage a caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings and private children matters. Advise clients on separation, financial settlements and arrangements for children. Draft applications, statements and other relevant legal documentation. Negotiate settlements and work towards resolving disputes where appropriate. Maintain direct client relationships throughout each matter, providing clear advice and managing cases through to conclusion.

Excellent progression pathway from Senior Associate / Partner About You Ideally 4 years’ PQE in Family Law, up to a more experienced level. Experience handling privately funded family matters. Able to manage your own caseload and advise clients independently. Strong drafting, negotiation and client communication skills. A genuine interest in developing your practice within an established regional firm. What's on Offer?
