Page Executive is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice, contract support, and regulatory compliance guidance for operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This position offers hybrid or remote work flexibility based out of Brookfield, WI, or Mesa, AZ.
Key Eligibility Criteria- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house, private practice, or a combination).
- Spanish or French language skills are considered highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector is desirable.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend strategic mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global legal teams on business transactions.
- Manage external legal counsel relationships and assist with dispute resolution and litigation matters.
- Base Salary: $ to $ per year (plus annual bonus and benefits).
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Brookfield, WI or Mesa, AZ) or Remote with occasional travel.
