About the Firm
We are partnering with established Los Angeles-based law firms specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense. With a strategic focus on early case evaluation and efficient resolution, the firm represents clients across all California state and federal courts.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
- Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
- Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Experience in any practice areas insurance defense
or General Liability defense or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation or employment law or personal injury.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $270,000 annually
