Our client, a high-growth regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist with strong Aderant expertise to manage a dedicated attorney billing portfolio.
This 100% remote role offers complete ownership over full-cycle billing workflows and e-billing management in a supportive, tech-forward environment.

• Lead full-cycle billing in Aderant, processing attorney time edits, pre-bills, and monthly client invoices.
• Manage monthly billing operations for 10–15 assigned attorneys, handling 600–800 invoices.
• Set up client matters on e-billing platforms, format LEDES files, and resolve submission rejections.
• Audit pre-bills and final invoices against corporate outside counsel guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Partner directly with billing attorneys and corporate clients to resolve rate and invoicing inquiries.
