The ideal candidate has a law degree and extensive experience in commercial transactions, particularly within the tech sector. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate various commercial agreements, including vendor and partnership contracts

• Advise teams on deal structure and risk management strategies

• Develop templates and approval processes for efficient contract handling

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology and data commitments

• Support international transactions, coordinating with external counsel

Requirements:

• Active law degree and bar membership
