A Texas consumer bankruptcy firm working with individuals on the debtor side, and marketing run centrally by the firm.
The roleYou will lead the firm's bankruptcy practice, handling a high volume of consumer Chapter 7 cases and shaping how the practice is run and grown. Marketing is handled for you, so your focus is on client work and building the practice. This suits a senior attorney who wants to lead from a fully remote base.
What you will need- Admitted to the Texas bar
- 10 or more years in consumer, debtor side bankruptcy, including Chapter 7
- Experience handling a high volume caseload
- A stable work history
- A resume and cover letter
- $120K to $250K
- Fully remote working within Texas
- Marketing handled by the firm
- The chance to build and lead your own practice
