Business Litigation Attorney – Akron/Cleveland

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience. • 5+ years of experience in business litigation.
• Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
• Experience in E-discovery software Relativity or Relativity One is highly desirable.
• Experience using AI legal tools Westlaw CoCounsel and CoPilot is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and desire for professional development.
• Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making.
• Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
