O'Flaherty Law Group is seeking a Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois, with a primarily remote setup and in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week. This role offers a base salary of $100,000–$150,000 plus a billable-target bonus structure, including a 20% bonus on billing over target.
Benefits include health insurance (50% employer-paid), 401(k) with 3% employer contribution, and 15 days PTO.
