ERCOT, the independent system operator for the Texas power grid, seeks a senior attorney to join its Regulatory Team. You will advise on state and federal regulation affecting the ERCOT grid, the wholesale market, and related policies, including PUCT rules, NERC standards, and FERC rules.
The role is based in Austin, TX with on-site presence required at least two days per week and potential remote work within Texas. A J.D., Texas Bar admission, and 10+ years in regulatory law are preferred.
