Morpho is seeking a legally trained attorney to own the partnership contract lifecycle end to end, from intake to signature and post-signature obligations. You will build and optimize legal operations, leverage AI workflows, and coordinate with Finance, Rev Ops and outside counsel.
You will work daily with the partnership team to accelerate standard deals, maintain a central repository, and ensure timely negotiation and compliance across European and US time zones. Paris or New York preferred.
