Plaintiff Class Action Employment Attorney; Hybrid​/Remote

Fully Remote or Hybrid - Los Angeles or Emeryville, CA

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Employment Class Action Attorney to join a growing, employee-focused litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with experience handling wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions who is passionate about advocating for employees.

• Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation involving wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy throughout all stages of litigation.
• Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and manage written discovery.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to effectively manage cases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal guidance.

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Experience handling California wage and hour litigation and PAGA claims.
• Class action experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working collaboratively with a team.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
