Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Legal Consultant with a specialization in Commercial Contracts for a fully remote position. This role is designed for an independent and detail-oriented legal professional who can provide expert advice on the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements. You will collaborate closely with various business units to ensure contracts align with strategic objectives and mitigate legal risks.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements, and NDAs.
• Advise business stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and legal implications.
• Develop and implement standard contract templates and playbooks.
• Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations and strategy.
• Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes and maintain an organized contract repository.

• Admitted Attorney or equivalent legal qualification with a minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial contract law.
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating a diverse range of commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and risk management.
• Experience working in a remote capacity, demonstrating self-discipline and effective communication.
