We are seeking attorneys with 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm. Candidates should have hands-on experience with sophisticated real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, or related commercial transactions.

We are seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our Los Angeles team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to expand their transactional experience while working on complex, high-profile real estate  this role, you will:

• Represent sophisticated clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and other transactional contracts.
• Advise on commercial real estate financings, private equity investments, and fund formation matters.
• Support joint ventures, leasing transactions, and complex real estate development projects.
• Conduct due diligence, assess legal and business risks, and manage key aspects of transaction closings.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and clients throughout all stages of the transaction process.
• Take ownership of meaningful responsibilities while continuing to develop your expertise in commercial real estate law.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions at a law firm.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, or leasing.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters and work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience at an established commercial law firm preferred.
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
