Are you ready to bring your PI or clinical negligence experience to a supportive team on a 12 month maternity cover? You will manage PI, clinical negligence and Claims Against Public Authority claims, taking client instructions, drafting documents and maintaining strong relationships. You will work within a closeknit team that values collaboration and high quality service.

• Advise clients and manage PI/clinical neg matters
• Maintain regular communication with clients, opponents, medical experts
• Negotiate with opposing parties
• Maintain accurate records
• Provide clear, professional and timely legal advice while managing clients’ expectations

• PI or clinical negligence experience essential
• Experience working on Claims Against Public Authorities, Abuse or Human Rights litigation desired
• Excellent client care and communication
• Organised, flexible and commercially aware
• Strong negotiation and problem solving abilities

• We have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
• Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
• 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
