Senior Catastrophic Injury Solicitor Claimant

A claimant catastrophic injury opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ PQE, offering salary up to £90,000. Hybrid or remote working is available, with a Newcastle base.

You will lead complex, high-value claims, set liability and quantum strategy and coordinate expert evidence, rehabilitation and interim funding. The work involves detailed preparation of long-term losses and confident handling of settlement negotiations and trial preparation.

You should have a record of managing complex claimant injury files with independence. Strong drafting, strategic judgement and sensitive client care are essential. Experience supporting junior lawyers will be relevant to senior appointments.

Salary up to £90,000, depending on experience. The level of responsibility will reflect your background; the PQE range is a guide.
