Paralegal

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with hands-on personal injury litigation experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 2-5 years of personal injury litigation experience
, be fluent in English and Spanish
, and have a solid understanding of the litigation process. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment, supporting multiple attorneys, and collaborating closely with an experienced paralegal.

• $65,000-$75,000
  , depending on experience

• 2-5 years of Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of the personal injury litigation process
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple matters, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and collaborative approach to working with attorneys, staff, clients, and outside parties
• Ability to take direction and work effectively within established processes
• Comfortable working in a small, team-oriented law firm environment

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
• Assist with preparation and organization of pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents
• Assist with written discovery, document production, and case file organization
• Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates
• Coordinate case-related matters with clients, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, experts, and other parties
• Assist attorneys with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
• Organize medical records, case documentation, exhibits, and other litigation materials
• Handle court filings and provide general litigation support as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical case files
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and other members of the legal team
